indian ink & acrylic on A4 canvas, yes i finally used my stamps.. lol. i actually did 12 and im on my 13th... it is for my expressive class and i am to do over 100 even though i know that is impossible since i have other assignments to do.. i have enjoyed these works..Related content

about a month ago I was feeling creative, broke out my calligraphy brushes and ink (after over a year) to practice my chinese, and the brushes disintegrated

the bristles all fell apart, got in my ink, stuck to the paper, totally worthless.
I went to the craft store to get new ones, no one seemed to really understand that a chinese calligraphy brush is different than any other kind of brush.

This is almost banana-like in its quality. I like the paint spatter and the symbol. Altogether, this could easily be an advertisement for something.

thank u. lol. i never new i could come up with this myself, im usually a person who takes things too delicately or im just too precious and tight with wat i work on, till i was told by my lecturers when it came to my mid year folio to loosen up a bit.. it would give me a better mark and allow me to be more creative and experimental, so i took that advice. lol never thought i would b doing asian style works. lol
