Description Your basic "Shanghai" dumpling from Chinatown. They're probably the best I've eaten since my entire life in New York and Chinatown. Inside contains little shreds of crab and pork soaked in a nice broth that makes you feel like eating a brain If you don't know how to eat a dumpling, you might want to use caution cause it'll burn your mouth if you're the inexperienced

Wish I could've taken a better photo, but the table was really small and packed of other dishes of food, so I couldn't get a whole picture of the plate

The one I went to is Joe's Shanghai Restaurant on Pell street, perpendicular to Bowery street. Shanghai Cafe? Hmmm, is it the one at the corner on Bayard and Baxter?

Ah, dumplings. I haven't eaten proper food for so long.
I have some Yaki Soba that I haven't eaten in the fridge though...*rushes off with the munchies*
