Well the sprite was done in MS Paint, the rest is done in Photoshop with some assets (a radial and the clouds) from Google Images, and edited.

I agree with BlueSunStudios , Bojack and his crew were good villains who I still think should've been remade into canon at some point, especially since they're redoing Broly.
