My Entry for the April Color-Me-Club. The colors are really out there and Neon compared to my usual style, but I love how she came out.

I have no idea how long this took, I just worked on it until I thought it was finished. Many hours, lots of them, it was worth it though! Good luck to everyone else in the contest!
