Why do I picture Antman's super power..... that just makes him smaller and bigger though... idk my mind is weird it tries to make sense when there are no sense to be made...

When Scott shrinks, he will have the same amount of strength he had prior. So getting punched by him at that size will feel just like getting struck by somebody of normal height, and you won't even see it coming. When he turns giant, his proportionate strength increases even more, albeit temporarily, as he in his suit could only maintain that immense size for so long.
