I tried to make this like those old illustrative nature prints you see sometimes. I might do a series. Here, a wren 'house gryphon', or a smaller domesticated gryphon you might keep in your house. :3Related content

.... Holy hell, I know everyone else said it already but I want one too. I love wrens like crazy with their little perky tails and scowly faces, and a kitten/wren on top of that? I'm so sold.
Besides the cuteness, it's just a nice sketch. Nice and simple and clean, not too much texture- just a light feathering detail and the rest is left to its own lovley merits. Woot.

Haha, it is like a Corgi of Gryphons almost, or a plump tabby. I really like its body shape, very sweet. The face is excellent, I love the expression. The colours overall are very pretty and soothing and they help it to look as if it would be in an older nature photograph or drawing. I really like the short legs and pretty paws.
