Description
So I started making this bc I had no ideas but I still wanted to procrastinate. I say that bc I have a drawing I’m trying to get done but it is proving difficult so I keep making different things instead TwT

anyway, this was a bit of an afterthought to the drawing, but I have been wanting to make a comic for awhile, and one of the numerous things I need to do for that is make a simpler style. As much as I love the direction I’m taking my art, I can’t spend 6+ hours on each box of a comic, that would be ridiculous. While I went with a complicated design for this, I simplified the style by having my shading on two multiply layers (one for the wings and one for the body), and my highlights on one add layer.

Tbh I don’t like it that much. I didn’t have a clear plan going into this I just kinda made something of mediocre quality bc I was bored. I didn’t even make a background because I was lazy, if anyone wants to make a background for this I don’t mind turning it into a collab but if not it can just be a PNG.

Even though it’s not that great, I’m still glad I made it bc now I have a simpler style I can use (it still needs work but yeah) and I also had fun with it and learned some stuff about colors and character design.
