The Gnasher Screamer is one of the models that makes up the Gellerpox Infected from the Warhammer 40,000 Kill Team box set Rogue Trader.

Well this is the Gellerpox Infected and in this guys defence I'd recon he's more concerned about all the heads sprouting on that arm more than the loss of a finger LoL.Ā Anyway he has the regular 4 fingers and a thumb on the other side (a little something to be grateful for).
This is a commission job that landed in my lap so Iām not as informed on the lore of how the Gellerpox came about, but I would assume that Games Workshop have flushed out a gruesome tail of how these things came to be in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
