I've always been a big fans of thundercats a bunch of other 80's cartoons but watching them now adays the cheesiness starts to get to me. So I started playing around with some redesigns. So the idea with these is taking the type of cat they are soppose to be based off of and using more of their patterns in their look and giving more of a fantasy feel instead of candycane trees and space cops... soooo 80's.
Ok here is Panthro I took a black panter as me base of design, using black spotting in the dark fur, which panters have but the coat is so dark it is hard to make them out. I keep the spiked armor but ditched the blue briefs. and choose a clawed club for his weapon, I felt the Numchucks (I know spelling sucks) never fit his personality so any ways here is the first and more to follow.
