Sometimes in life you have to remember to keep on walking. Eventually, the sun will rise in front of you again.Two weeks ago I went for a walk outside on a nearby lake. It was really beautiful so I decided to capture the moment. Needless to say that walking for over an hour works wonders when you are stuck in a depressive episode. Maybe I should do that more often.

I feel most at home with the world if I'm walking somewhere. The destination per se is not as important.
