its easy search for a group related to your art with high member count , join the group , go to the gallery and choose "Contribute to This Gallery" and choose you folder (you should choose the right folder related to your art) and the next time you can simply do it from this page by choosing "Add to a group" . . .
trust me it's easier than it sound and you'll get a lot of recognition !
