I really need a better title ...Well a lot heard about him, some people saw him but even a few know him really.
I heard lots of different stories about Venice the Hedgehog, the prototype character of Silver TH before it came to his final look. He was supposed to be one of many designs for Silver. Noticeable of Venice's design were the strange looking, bright blue eyes and his orange mane. He used to have an even more evil glance than the original Silver we know.
(I heard that "this" version of Venice shall be Anti-Silver ... I find that's just nonsense. Neither an Anti-version nor any type of fan character. Venice IS Silver of his previous form.)

Same for me. I like this icon a lot that I don't want to change it. Unless my friends make an icon for me. Then I use it for some time, and then I change it to my old and next year I'll probably use another friend's gift icon for some time ^^

Mostly, I commission people if I want to see something in their style. But some gifts are from my friends - as kind of thank you. I help them, giving tips and advices or above all, I'm giving something for them, too.
I'm more a gift-giver than a gift-receiver. To see others happy then I'm glad, too

I'd rather say there need to be a balance between giving gifts and receiving gifts. If you give "gifts" way too much then others who actually don't care about you but only the free art they get they can take advantage.
But always receiving gifts, I find that's there's someone who just need to flick the fingers and the fans are drawing tons of "gifts" (I find that's rather like an indirect reqest on demand)
So as I said, a balance between giving and receiving gifts is required.
But yeah, enough with the philosophy. I like giving gifts to the people I'm with. And my friends do this as well ^^
