well, an extrange ultimate villain from Dragonball GT the last part of Dragonball saga, personally I like how looks like this guy, an ultimate android created for phsyco scientists from Hell from the original C-17 and another one builded after, but this one knocking all the Z warriors easily, including Goku SSJ 4, it was very humilliating... not cool from this guyone more time, sorry for my bad english
