A lot of people hate it and say that he whines all the time, but I used to watch the show when I was a kid, and it wasn't that bad
My roommates kids watch it sometimes, and I don't really hear him whining as bad as people say. Although I have to say that some of the hate/memes about Caillou are pretty funny
