Description
An FV1081 Rameses on display, with a cutout of a human male and an Arachnid Warrior Bug beside it for size comparison. This particular model belongs to the newly created 41st Armored Infantry Division, based out of Meridian Prime. The Rameses, though based off an old colonial cargo hauler from the mid-23rd century, is considered a revolutionary addition to the Federation Armed Forces in the wake of the Bug War's conclusion, with the Mobile Infantry now able to be truly 'mobile' on both land and air with the reintroduction of mechanized vehicles to its ranks for the first time since the Kassis Economic Emergency Act of 2221, which removed much of the Mobile Infantry's combat vehicles during a time of severe economic crisis for the Federation. The Rameses is designed with both modularity and passenger safety in mind, being designed to withstand and counter a number of enemy combatants that could possibly threaten it. Its primary design intent is to allow the Mobile Infantry to combat the vast hordes of Arachnids while keeping the troopers safe from attack. The Autocannons and Missile Launchers mounted up top are capable of dealing with all but the largest and most dangerous of Arachnids.

And here we are with an official new vehicle design for the Federation! The Rameses APC. Been really excited to have this bad boy done as I've always wanted to see more exotic vehicle designs introduced, along with providing some vehicles for Starship Troopers that match the aesthetic of the Mobile Infantry. In this regard, GC-Conceptart has done a fantastic job with the design. The halftrack concept was his idea, and it looks amazing overall. So big thanks to him for bringing this to life. Now on to making a vehicle for the Colonial Marines.
