Yeean Ojiron, Supreme Law Enforcer of the Noeir Republics. Yeean was a an actress and did live tv performances that many found memorable. None of her perfomances are recorded, as use of recording devices and playback devices are forbidden by the Holy Law. Since The Noeir Republics use a majority population vote to decide candidates, there is a tendency to elect celebrities to the position. In the Noeir Republics, laws are actually voted on not by a House of Representatives or a Parliament, but by the actual population. Refusing to vote will usually get you a visit from the IGA(Intelligence Gathering Agency) who will rope you with a freshly died rope to let everyone know you refused to vote. Many citizens as a result try to keep up with political issues.

Teeyag Ojiron, Kid sister to Yeean Ojiron. She aspires to be an actress and politician like her sister one day.

Mad Van Maheus, personal guard to Yeean Ojiron. She has had her head shaved to remind her of the vow not to let anyone harm Yeean.

Layad Vorkman, Leader of the Assembly of The Noeir Republics. He leads the people in the discussion of political issues, which is done on a comment page much like Instagram or Facebook. His job is to keep order of the voting assembly and he is helped by a council of elders that decides who is in the wrong in violating the rules of political discussions among the people.

The unusual hands and feet of the Lunivians/Space Elves are quite characteristic of their race.
