Anyone who's been following my semi-recent uploads may recall this image from the wallpaper I made from it.Actually, I cropped this image from the wallpaper to make it a regular submitable image. I dunno if anyone actually wants the wallpaper, because it is quite pink, but I do have it
Anyway, it's supposed to be from a dream those two --Amanda and Deacon-- had.
Although the story itself has yet to be fleshed out, this is for certain, and has another meaning.Softer colors here were an experiment. I had the actual idea for the image for several months before I actually drew it, and then it took a few more months to get around to coloring.

The softer colors really bring out the dream-like state you were attempting. Most of your art is rather dark colored, so using softer colors really does help to create a definite line between the dreams and reality.
I know how those two must feel...I always look forward to being able to see mah love...Kinda like having a place to run to when it rains...
