Hi there, I noticed your question about this piece. One way to achieve this effect is to open the piece in Photoshop. Then go to Image>Adjustments>Channel Mixer.
Change the Channel Output setting from default Red to Blue, then bump the Constant slider (last slider at the bottom) up a few notches (try a setting of 5 or 10).
