ayasemn, your work never ceases to be absolutely breathtaking. The composition here is so fluid and well laid out; this looks like a completely natural setting. The background + foreground is drawn with amazing precision that shows off your knack for immense detail. There's honestly too many details that I love so I can't point them all out so I'll just refer to them as a whole. The details are drawn with such depth that it feels like one could step right into this drawing. The shading is done well with a smoothness (and light crosshatching) that reflects the longing air around the boy. Splashes of poppy colors like yellow and blue make the key details (the photo of the girl and the letters) of this piece stand out. The light source is well played - we can see that most of the light is coming from the window behind the boy. This helps the piece look more realistic. The boy exhibits a high level of anatomy (minus his left foot ) that emphasizes his longing emotions through his body language. (His delicate, curled hands and tender smile.) This pieces connects well with After the Storm since both pieces flaunt themes of longing for the past. (Possibly between former lovers or friends?)

You've floored me again with your elaborate details and down-to-Earth themes. I'm so glad that DA has a high level manga artist like you. : )
