i'm more drawn to this than the colored version actually....i can see more detail and get a different feel from this one that i just like more, which doesn't meant that i don't like the other also.

I like the sketch better than the finished version, the explosion of colour didn't really seem to fit.. it was really good, but... i still prefer this one.

I like how this sketch is actually very loose compared to your usual drawing style. This probably allows for more freedom in the pencil to computer transition and leads to some interesting changes from one to the other, such as the disappearance of the paisley pattern on the pantlegs in the colored version.
Always a treat for the eyes to see your work, Whitney!
The anatomical style reminds me of Veteran artist Kevin Nowlan and his uber-slender figures, but beyond that similarity, it is all Whitney.

Lawrence just signed us up with IK Comics (Idea Kinesis that is) in India so we should be seeing Fireball V soon in print.

I have to agree with a previous comments, this has a different feel than the color one, though both are beautiful in their own way. I'm favoriting both of them, because they're just too gorgeous for words...I scrolled up and down, trying to take in as much of the detail as I possibly could, studying your lines with my eyes. This took my breath away when I saw it. I can't put my finger on why I love it so much, but I really do. It's a dream.

This totally doesnt belong in scraps O_O I know you put the color one in your main gallery, but this one has a completley different feel than that one. I think it deserves just as much recognition T3T
