A commission for my dear friend Miya! This is gonna be for her Pokemon Leaf Green LP. C:I'm pretty happy with that shading, specially for Eevee's fluff. I'm starting to mix cell-shading with soft shading, and really enjoying the result so far. I hope you enjoy!
