I’m too sentimentally attached to this character to get rid of her or change her name, although she’s not my main fursona anymore.
Rather than turn her into a Lynx or Caracal, which was my original plan, I’m going back to basics with Meg. The long pigtails are back. Her original outfit is back. The wings, however, will be an as-needed thing - when she doesn’t need them, she can make them disappear.
In retrospect, I know that trying to make her unrecognizable in redesigning her, I was trying to run from what she represented up until late 2005. I’ve recently been reworking on her lore, which will take my attempts to redesign her and turn them into an alternate form that will be making its debut, later this year.
