To be more precise, I'm looking for an artist, who's more or less the same level as me, to grow together and get the needed art support.

Speaking about myself, I'm a big fan of videogames and my art is mostly connected with them. I like learning art from professional gamedev artists and concept artists and working in gamedev is my goal.
