NEW EDIT- my colors were much saturated and lack the blue light from her energy and sea..still working on the rays!
This is it! beauty shoot for my character Oreshia , The sea witch, we had to invent an artifact that could have only one element treat , so I chose water and Ice, she can see were ever light touches water, and use the eyes of her amour (the artifact) to get the light and shoot magic from far or near distances,
she may also tele-transport her self were the eyes can shoot as water body element! so she wont be swimming always, that lazy sexy witch 
some face close up veil no veil? hmmmmm

i would say i like her head better with out the veil. up close the veil makes her face look too wide and her eyes and lips too close together, i love the idea of a veil though. over all i love this image, the body shadows could be a little brighter, color wise, the basic color is alot darker than her face. the shadows are perfect but her body looks a little too gray?...., overall though Fantastic job, this couldn't have been easy. I wish i could do digital art but i'm a traditional medium artist, pencils, and blending stumps lol or colored pencis and a colorless blender. XD

I appreciate the detail of her outfit and you've got some really nice colours here.
The only thing I think would improve this piece is to give the same amount of shadow attention all throughout instead of just in the head area. Everything below her bust has really soft, undefined shadows, unlike the dark, defined ones on her headdress. Her skin is really softly-shadowed, but her armor has a crisp, sharp edge that makes it look like it's from a separate picture. There should be some contact shadows where the armor is touching her skin to look like she's actually wearing it instead of it just kind of pasted on top of her.
Also, watch her left arm. Her upper arm looks broken because the bicep is so big.
