Tingle kinda creeps me out. I don't hate him, but he creeps me out.This is the part in Windwaker where you have to do that really annoying part of the main quest with the Triforce maps and pieces.
Tingle is a greedy weirdo who charges a stupid amount of money for translating each of the eight charts you get. All the while, he "employs" his identical twin brothers to uselessly spin a giant carving of his head on top of an equally useless tower.

This guy is just as bad as Lex Loath and is way worse than Moneybags : the reason for Lex Loath and Tingle being worse than Moneybags is that in the Spyro games you can just have Sparx point you out to any missing gems.

Getting 3184 rupees is a pain especially if you waste them on items or minigames and you're broke, if only the deciphering was not required.
