A hundred words of criticism is hard when so much was done right. The foot, the face, the wing movements, the flow all great.
There's not enough and it goes by too quick and could be bigger. A download option where you get all the frames would let the viewer step through at their own speed.
A TF is a story, and this could be enhanced with some more context before and after and during. Who is he? Is he enjoying it or is he apprehensive? Where's he going?
A minimal background also helps "ground" the character as more real.
But overall, a really great TF!
