[Personality] - [Bitter] [Sarcastic] [Independent] [Intelligent] [Temperamental]

[Bitter] - Lucia is naturally very bitter. She doesn’t like to make conversation with most anyone. Nobody knows exactly how she got to be that way. Maybe it’s simply due to her surroundings. She’s especially bitter towards anyone of a higher rank. She doesn’t like being below anyone.

[Sarcastic] - You won’t find someone who uses sarcasm more than her. That’s her way of insulting, sarcasm and mocking. Of course since she’s so easily irritated, she’d going to be very sarcastic, often. Her ‘father’ was always using sarcasm, but he had used it in a joking matter. So perhaps she picked it up from him.

[Independent] - Lucia likes working with no one. Not even other vampire hunters. You could be just like her, and she’d find something wrong with you. She doesn’t think she’s above others, just prefers to be alone. So she keeps to herself, and keeps others away from her.

[Intelligent] - She doesn’t flaunt it, but Lucia has a high level of intelligence. She’s especially good with planning and efficiency. She’s constantly trying to fix others mistakes. Her wits often comes off as arrogance. Though she doesn’t see it that way.

[Temperamental] - It doesn’t take a genius to know that Lucia has a very high temper. She’s very easy to set off and anger. She’s not even really aware of the fact that she can get very angry at times. She finds it totally normal. When she gets angered, she usually takes it out by yelling or with a bit of violence. It’s obviously something she needs to work on.

[Brief History] Lucia’s mother had died giving birth to her, and she was stuck with her father, but only for a very short time. Due to the loss of his wife, he committed suicide and Lucia was taken into an orphanage. She was adopted early, and by that time she still knew nothing about her parents. She was decently happy with her foster parents. They were kind and treated her well. She lived with them, content and happy, only a few months later. Both her foster dad died protecting her from a vampire. She was terrified, and never went outside. A few months after, her foster mom died of an illness. She was devastated all over again, and forced into another foster home. By that time, she knew what had happened to her real parents. She thought her father was selfish and weak to commit suicide and abandon her. Her new foster parents were aware of her depression and her slowly becoming more bitter. They tried to comfort her, get her to confide in them, but Lucia shut them out. Her sadness was turned to rage. She ignored her parents, and lashed out at them often. She didn’t know who to blame, so she blamed them for how she felt. Rationally, she knew very well that nothing was their fault. She eventually just stopped talking to them. At around a year and a half, she left home. Her foster parents thought it was their fault and looked for her. Lucia knew they were searching for her, but never returned home. She never forgot the vampire that had killed her first foster father, who she loved more than anything. So she became a vampire hunter, and her bitterness stayed with her. But as hard as she tried, she never forgot her past.

[Role-Play Example]
Lucia walked carefully across the wet gravel, her breath coming out in white puffs. She pushed her hair aside and looked up, fast falling rain drops wetting her face, watching the moon rise. She twitched her whiskers and simply walked forward, her eyes giving off a faint glow in the settling night. This was her same routine every night. She went out, ready for a fight, with a vampire of course. It wasn’t often that she was able to kill, as it was seemingly difficult to tell who was a vampire and who was, well…normal. She wouldn’t risk killing an innocent cat. She tensed up when she heard movement in the distance, and dropped onto all fours, racing across the pavement and into a bushed. Her eyes peered out between the leaves trying to spot whoever it may be.
