All my pictures are straight colored pencil. mine scann really dark though. I have to fix them up in Photoshop to make them the right color. It could be your scanner though.

Wow that is gorgeous! I love the detail you put into her fur, and the glowy effect arund the moon. The stars look really great against the darkblue sky. Awesome job!

Oh, it's beautiful! I saw the sketched version but am now pleased to see it finished. The background makes me feel like I'm atop a mountain on a crisp, winter night. I can almost smell the fresh mountain air and hear the breeze whipping through the wolf/collie's fur.
I admire the shading on the character as well as in the mountains and on the ground. The same can be said about the highlights of the mountains and the ground caused by the moon. Well done.
The character herself is wonderfully drawn. The anatomy makes her appear strong and powerful, yet agile and swift. Her pose makes me feel she's on alert, perhaps keeping an eye out for enemies. Her coloring is very vivid and the darker lines you've added certainly give the look of texture to the fur. They also make it look so soft. *pets*
I'm sure :devtainedkitten: is going to absolutely love the final version of this. You should be very proud!
