It is the main dock after Harbor Lights as you head toward the Point.

did you do a spot of HDR processing there? it kinda looks like it but very subtle.

No HDR, Turned up the contrast some and a small boost to colour to try and bring the dock lamp out more.

i like that light and the light hitting the distant land in this one. i prefer this to the other one. i guess the focus is the figure in the other one?

Yes, was with my daughter after a late lunch and we stopped here coming home. The boy one was taken walking out and we were headed back when she turned around and pointed out the sunlight in the distance so I got one then also. We didn't stay long as it was about 37f out.

oh... you know... the usual trouble at home with you know who (not good at all now). but otherwise all's well i guess. busy busy with my snaps from africa - i still got over 1000 RAW files to work on. i've been at it all night tonight, lol.
