Description
On my herpetology field trips, we tended to find a lot of deer bones. I actually have a fairly large section of a deer vertebral column strung up and hanging from my closet door knob. I'll photograph that some other time.
This is one of my favorite bones because of the distal end; it reminds me of a violin head scroll!
