The black and white gives this piece quite a gloomy effect as if you're lost in the forest. But I like how the beam of light offers hope. Nice one!

Great shot! The bottom half makes me think there is a path running under that fallen tree, but then I look at the top half. The diagonal line created by that tree is perfect, and the sun rays really enhance the mystical feel of the image.
