This picture looks exactly like the scene from that Finnish surreal horror movie called "Sauna", where an unknown evil manifested in the form of a mysterious sauna in the middle of a swamp possesses an unknown victim at the end of the movie, causing his face to be replaced with a hole that oozes black filth all over the place.
