Here he is! Hopian, the Opal dragon.I have to say that out of all the Deltora Dragons, this one has been the most difficult so far
Now Hopian lives in the plains of Deltora, the name of the plains seems to have slipped my mind, but oh wellz.
All the colours I had to peer at the image of the opal I had to get all the colours right, so I hope you likies

how do you make dragons? I really want to know, so I don't have to use the same base every time

Uhmmmm, well I don't really use a base for my dragons. Because I've been drawing them for so many years it's just kind of second nature for me. But I always have a picture of how the dragon should look in my head and then I may use a couple of different animal references just incase they're needed.
I guess I could try and make a dragon tutorial for you if it helps but you'd be waiting until about January for me to get that done cos I've still got a few more things for others to get done before I move onto anything else.

yeah. What you should do is keep practicing. It's hard to get their bodies right because there are so many different species of dragons. I like to draw the European dragons and the Asian lungs from time to time, but just keep at it and it'll get easier
Try looking at tigers and lions and their bodies. It might help a little
