About:
Saturne is extremely blunt, and will speak their mind very frankly. They can also be very judgemental and slightly sanctimonious, given that they can tell how much good and bad karma someone has accumulated. To those with good karma, they can be very kind, but to those with bad karma, they may be merciless.
With their friends, they enjoy simply spending time in their company. Whether that involves silent company, casual conversation, or doing something more exciting depends on who they are with.
They can enjoy doing some rather wild things, but it is often with a deadpan demeanor.
Abilities:
Karma Actualization: Saturne can manipulate the latent energy of karma. Their power affects a subject differently depending on what kind of karma they've accumulated (usually in terms of good and bad deeds). A "good" person may be blessed with healing, good luck, stronger magic, etc. simply by being in Saturne's presence. A "bad" person may then be afflicted with horrid luck, sudden difficulties in using their magic/weapons/etc.
Karma Sensing: Saturne is capable of sensing what kind of karma an individual has accumulated. It is possible to have a high level of either kind of karma, both, or neither.
Balancing: Saturne can bring their surroundings into a quiet stillness of balance, find the perfect position to balance rocks or anything for them to be stable. They can draw things towards their balance point. They can also draw an individual's mental state to one that is more balanced and at ease.
History:
Saturne was once a raven. They were not born with their Idea, but it did manifest fairly early on. They flew from place to place, watching, observing, seeing all the good and bad and everything in between their would do.
They learned of Edeia through their observations, and came to understand that they had the potential to become one. They spent many years as a silent and largely unseen observer, learning and tuning to their magic. The other ravens they knew began to age, but they did not - their magic gave them longevity, and they were in prime health far after the age their mundane life would have ended.
One day, they met Memoir and began conversing with him telepathically. The two shared their stories, and in time, they came to consider each other great friends.
The day came for them to Actualize, and they did so in Memoir's. They took the last step forward, let light envelop them, and emerged as Saturne, Edeia of Balance. They recalled all that occurred, and looked to the future to define their new life.
They grew into their role of maintaining balance in the world, and continues to bring balance to this day.
