THis legendary can only be obainted when one grass, water, and fire type starter are in your all at once and they are holding the opposite evolutionary stone of their type. (water holds leaf stone, fire wolds water stone, grass holds fire stone) It will then appear in certain places were single-type dragon type pokemon (axew and its evolutions and druddigon) are found.
