Description OH MUH GAWD
Hopefully in time for this pointy-eared bishies angels/demons contest [link] . Im really happy with how this guy came out, and I managed to stay up till 1 this morning and finish it. It was really stressing though because I got off work late yesterday, then got home even LATER because I had to get candy for all the little trick-or-treaters, AND THEN(oh crap), I got to sit on the porch for a few hours to hand candy out. So now I have such awful black bags under my eyes but I think it was worth it. UNFORTUNATELY: I hope it isnt noticable, but I had to crop out a good part of this because my scanner is broken from my DERPY CAT WALKING ALL OVER IT.

Im really sorry you guys for being soooooooo slllllllooooooooowwwwwwwwwww with everything.

Sorry! One last thing about the hand! I can tell it is his left hand but it seems that the hand is bent back a little too far, that angle would be uncomfortable, it also messes with the line of his arm going from shoulder to wrist...I also think that at that angle we might be able to see more of his forearm but don't take my word for it! ;D It is a very difficult angle!

Ok the first thing I would say is the the hand looks really good to me, except that his pointer finger (next to thumb) looks a bit thin and the angle of the finger coming from the hand looks a bit too sharp. The shading and nails look great though! Nice work on the clothing and shading, I like the hair as well and as I said before the eyes are awesome. Some places I do see that need work on his face -> nose and mouth. His nose looks a bit long and as a result looks too close to his mouth. I do understand that his face and head are angled down but I don't think the effect would be that drastic? reference [link] The part of his hair almost seems like it is too far over to our right (his left)...now the only reason I make note of this is because it seems like his head/hair in that area is too narrow across which changes the shape of his head. Finally the shading around the nose and mouth area is a bit light which is different from the rest of the picture.

Overall, it is a very nice picture, great job on the shading and contrasting of light and dark! Nice work on the angles of the ears and horns. Keep doing what you are doing and keep studying references and the work of other artists, I think you have a very nice style and tons of talent!
