Animated version of the two stills. Could use some work with placement but I'm too lazy/don't care.

That being said, Simon is probably one of the best characters in anime that I've seen. He was the only one who ultimately realized what Kamina was trying to impart to him, which is all fine and dandy but it still says a lot for his character. There's not enough that can be said for Simon or his tremendous character growth. It shows a truth inherent in all our lives--that we must learn to rely on those who love and believe in us to succeed in anything.
