I know this happened hours ago but I just wanted to point out I have a top like that, that is tight across the top and loose at the bottom so this is correct.
Considering that girls body proportions it makes sense too.
Big chest = Tight fit up top
Small waist = Loose fit at bottom
I'm a bit picky when I see comments like this, I just have to correct it, it's like a weird OCD thing.

I'm aware anime style isn't an actual style. I myself draw in that fashion.
But it's just a stereotype.
An easy, short way to describe the style rather than trying to be incredibly specific.
(It comes in handy when speaking to those who don't know as much on the topic)
Which is quite difficult at times.
It's not really offensive to call it that either.
I've seen subbed videos, (normally guest shows) where Japanese Mangakas referred the style as 'anime style' just to stop it being so long winded.
I understand where you were coming from though. I get that some would misunderstand and take it offensively or mistake 'anime style' for an actual art style.
