So much fun to paint this guy
I wanted to paint this guy for ages now, but i did not feel ready i wanted to get better so that i can truly capture the true rage of the character .

i got enough confidence to paint Kratos
God of War is on my top 10 list of all video games, and Kratos is the nr.1 fav character . I love his brutality and rage . Right now im playing GoW3 over again and its so much fun, i cant wait until GoW4
So what do you think, did i manage to capture the spirit of a spartan worrier ?

I personally HATE Kratos, but the drawing is so perfect. You caught his emotions brilliantly.

Is not that I hate him. I have all GoW games, and although they are overrated at some point, they are fairly good games and fun to play.
But I find Kratos completely uninteresting and lacking of personality. He's just a walking clichΓ©; a very bad one indeed. He made a big deal of something that he chose in the first place and you get to the point where you even forget why he is seeking revenge so badly.
Of all the videogames I own and that I've own, this is the character that I have the hardest time to understand or feel identified with; that is because there isn't anthing to understand of him. Only on GoW III he showed a little bit of personality, but it was not enough.

to be honest i really did not like that he showed emotion in GOF3 , i just want him to kill every one and everything without a reason

Yeah, I get your point. That's probably why the game is so much fun. I must admit that I was not looking at Kratos the way I should. The way you put it makes much more sense to me.
I'll probably play over the games again and not try to expect much from him.
