Character concept for Surreal Kins.Mizukage Asakura, water elemental dragon of the Water Shrine.
The most I can say about him so far that he's Amaru's fiercest rival and one heck of a bully in the past; expect to see him in the future.

I love the colors and anatomy work. The clothing and accessories are great, as well.
...But for some reason, he doesn't look quite like he's underwater. A translucent layer, similar to the background, would make it more underwater-esque. Though it might also just make the drawing blurry. So don't listen to me.
