i always thought Mephiles had a really cool design. i especially love his color scheme. but kinda a useless villain ngl. like sure he kills Sonic. But he does so by distracting him instead of fooling him in some way.

like if I was trying to be reunited with my destruction flame twin I'd make sure to humiliate the hero that tried to stop me like "lmao u thought you were in control here?" or some shit like that. the point is, that Mephiles could have been developed more than just "i'm here to be the bad guy but all i do is try to get a 14 year old to commit murder"

i could talk about Sonic 06' all day ngl
