Yes, they do. It was tested prior to sale, and the current owner is still happy with it.

Knock that off. Spamming like that and advertising like that in the comments of an art piece are both very against the rules here on DeviantArt.
That kind of activity can get you reported and ultimately banned.

Just report them and move on, a lot of the times they're bots so saying something to them doesn't do any good. Reporting them gets them banned. Just open their page in a new tab/window, the comment itself in another (click on the whatever time/day ago or date), then write the help desk. Link the page and the comment.
