Part of a series of monthly illustrations done to improve my skills overall. October was Fire Emblem's Edelgard, in "Scare Style". I say that, but in the end, she didn't end up very scary. I was inspired by Castlevania's Dracula and Alucard, and wanted to make something a bit regal, but I struggled a lot with the background. In the end though, I really love the character design.
