WoAh TWO UPLOADS IN ONE DAY!? CrAZy
So I made a PSD base. There aren't a whole bunch of options, but you can remove some of the layers like the whiskers and tired eyes, and colours and stuff. There's also a layer with eyelashes, and one with shading (you can use clipping to change the shading colour to match your oc or something like that).
I spent a few days on this. It's as good as it's gonna get
