okay, i was torn over whether to post this or not.
the cloak is pretty much based dirrectly on a sketch i saw while browsing galleries a few days ago, purely from memory, and i have no idea who's gallery i saw it in so i can't give props.
The character itself is totally my invention, as is everything except the shape of the cloak.
props to you cloak person for coming up with something so cool that it got stuck in my head until i had to put pen to paper.
