This is one of the cutest scenes in the entire story, I know EXACTLY how this part goes...

This is actually from Rin's (Rin (c) "Inuyasha") point of view. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, she discovers this and softly laughs to herself. She doesn't bother to wake them or anything.
It started off with Sesshomaru doing nothing more than sitting beside Sal as she was dozing off; he covered her with part of the fluff because he didn't want her to freeze... she then proceeded to cuddle with the fluff in her sleep.
At this point of the story, Sesshomaru didn't mind... he just sat there quietly the rest of the night.
