Description
Yvraine Whitefeather:
She is a half-elf rogue, her mother was a night elf and her father is a human. Her mother passed away when she was born, much to her father's grief. She was a problemchild, full os mischief and energy. She aged differently, as she was unique. When her father was near the end of his life, he prepared a test for Yvraine to make sure she could stand on her own. Yvraine had to slain and bring back the pelt of wild nightsabers harming the travellers, but she was only given a single knife. In the end, she completed her task but received lifelong scars to remind her this trial (her sense of smell is far worse then the average thanks to the wounds, but her other senses sharpened beyond measure, making her an ideal scout and tracker). By the time she got back, her father passed away, but she felt he was proud of her.
Yvraine travelled to Stormwind and was trained in the SI:7. Her dagger is a memento and gift from her instructor. She bumped into Asharina and Elana by chance, but readily agreed to help them find the human called Aegiss. They ventured to Northrend following his trail.
Gerrard "Pride" Lionheart and his sword Regulus:
He was born in Stormwind but was raised in Ironforge by dwarves. They not only taught him how to fight, but craftmanship as well. He himself forged Regulus from the shattered blade of his real father (his fosterfather collected them after the fight in which Gerrard's father died, knowing that he wanted to pass down his sword, his pride, to his son).
After years of training, he left behind Ironforge and joined the Alliance forces in the struggle against the Lich King. He soon became the pride of the unit he was in, earning him his nickname. This unit was supposed to be sent as reinforcement to a scouting squad, but they didn't get the order thanks to a traitor. The scouting party was almost annihilated, only a single warrior escaped. He felt guilty for their death and did all he could to find the traitor. It turned out to be his commander, and in his fury, he slew him without mercy. His fallen comrades still haunted his dreams. His unit's next assignment was to protect the gates of Icecrown Citadel while other champions of the Alliance led their assault inside the building against the Lich King.
Afther the fall of the leader of the Scourge, all that remained was to finish off the remaining undead. Most of his comrades returned to their cities as heroes, as they had enough of the Scourge, whiel he remained to purge Northrend. He made his camp in a cave in the mountains between Icecrown and Sholazar Basin. On an ocassion as he travelled to Valiance Keep to trade pelts for supplies, he ran into a draenei he first didn't recognise. On the other hand, she recognised him as the man who killed the traitor. Luminosa told him about the call of Valkia in her dreams. Gerrard, still feeling guilty even though nor Lumiosa nor anyone thought he was responsible, swore an oath to help her any way he can. After she couldn't persuade him about his feelings, she let him becme her companion.
