This is one of the leading ladies in my next big manga project, 3,2,1...Kiss!! Her name is Karen Kelso. She's still in the character design and development stage, but her basic back story is as follows:

After returning to school for the start of her 10th grade year, she is shocked to see how much her childhood friend and big time crush, Valentine Anzai, has changed into a beautiful hunk of man. Fearing that he's changed his personality as well, she tries to avoid him and gives him the cold shoulder routine. She does, however still love him. She hides behind her huge glasses because she thinks she is ugly and doesn't want Valentine to see. Though self concious, she is a very kind person who just wants to live the happy romance that she has always dreamed of.
