Well this is Tron the cat final design and actually it still same with previous design, but I remove some stripes on his face and boots. But his power and abilities still same and also this is my first time drawing different background ^^'' so it might looks weird.BIO:
Tron The Cat aka TronCat is Jolt's second teammate and the youngest in the team. Tron is a cat who have the power of Digital things, and super genius brain. He actually normal cat, before a terrible accident was befall him and turn him to Black-Cyber Cat. And after that accident, he got the power of controlling, creating, manipulating even destroying digital thing, from the Systems, softwares, even The hardware. But he still have more deadly abilities such as shapeshifting, copy cat, energy projection, even Ultimate strength, that makes him very powerful in the combat. He even able to beat some enemies that far stronger and bigger than him.

Alright.
The background actually looks pretty nice and makes sense for a lab type setting, and the colors fit as well. It eould look a bit better with varying colors rather than one color for the walls and floor anf such and one for the buttons.
The character is a very very dark color which is a personal bet peve of mine as it makes it hard ad hell to shade but that's not necessarily a problem. What could be considered a problem is that the blue is very very bright, almost a bit neon. I guess it fits for a tech-based character but eh, I would say to generally avoid very saturated or bright colors. Your shading style is very nice; my only suggestion would be to tone down the shading on the gloves, as it's very dark shading for the white color. Lastly, the left leg...I understand it's perspective but it looks really really awkward. A reference for that pose might help a lot, eince it looks less like his leg is in thr distance and more like the foot is coming out of the knee. It's ptobably due to the top of the boot design on that leg being riiiight on the knee despite being below the knee on thr other leg. Just as a side note, you may want to work on his expression as well. I can't tell what emotion he's portraying; he looks neutral but...not. Other than that, there isn't much I can find wrong in this piece.

Using a mouse or mouse pad is hard so maybe sketching it out on paper first will help a lot.
