8D So.. you guys this is how it's looking like so far!! I am incredibly pleased as to how it's looking as of now because I didn't think I'd be able to pull it off... As I've mentioned before Sephiroth is one of my favourite characters and it just makes me nervous every time I want to draw him (fangirl feelings getting in the way...). But yeah, I think you guys get the point.

Anyway! I was contemplating on whether I should be adding a background or not (the background would obviously be his wing and such). Although it will be difficult, I will attempt to draw the background as Sephiroth without his wing is not a complete.... Sephiroth. I'm sorry if I don't make any sense omg. If you are wondering about the reference used, this is what I used . I would say shading his hair was the best part of this drawing, it was really fun and I liked the experience. However his armor.. DX I need to work on shading metal-textured clothing!

I drew this portrait with some of my regular Staedtler pencils and some new handy pencils - Derwent ones and they are well worth it!
The pencils I've used range from 2H - 4B. c:

I'd say that this portrait looks a lot more better in person rather than on a screen but.. :c This is all I can offer currently.
